What kind of service does HaabaMedia offer?

HaabaMedia offers an interactive ad marketplace for both advertisers, publishers and Webmasters. We offer a transparent, open platform for stakeholders in the online media industry.

Who should use HaabaMedia?

There are two groups who should use HaabaMedia:

  1. Advertisers, marketers, agencies and small business owners who are looking to promote their product or service on the internet. Not only would you know specifically which website you are advertising on, publishers can also contact you if they are interested in running your offers saving you time in looking for traffic.
  2. Webmasters and website owners who are looking to profit from advertising on their site, but do not wish to be bothered with the extra work involved in recruiting advertisers. Right now, there are more reasons for you to join the marketplace as you are able to see advertiser’s offers meaning you can run offers of your choice on your site.

Terms you should know

  • CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions) your ad will be listed within the ad spot that you choose and for every view you will be charged
  • CPC (Cost Per Click) only when user click on your ad you will be charged
  • CTR (click-through rate) - number of clicks your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shown
  • ROI – Return on Investment.
  • Pop-unders - ads displayed underneath a user’s browser, so when they close their current browser they will see the advertisements.
  • Interstitial Ads - display advertisement between two pages of a website.
  • Graphical Banners - images/ text which describes an advertiser’s website and/or the products and services they offer.
  • Text banners - banners that are made up of text only which describes an advertiser’s website and/or the products and services they offer.
  • Ad spaces - areas assigned by a publisher’s site for ad placement.

How much does it cost to join?

No, there’s absolutely no costs involved in becoming a publisher with the HaabaMedia network.

What kind of ads can I sell?

You can sell pop-unders, interstitials graphical banners, text banners and text links. You can also sell customised ad formats.

How much does it cost to advertise with HaabaMedia?

Advertising on the network depends on the website(s) you choose.

As an advertiser. how many accounts will I need?

You would only need 1 account, as you’ll have access to both advertiser’s and publisher’s area.

Do I need to sign a contract or agree to a minimum term?

No, there is no actual contract to sign but the use of HaabaMedia is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit is $50 per campaign.

Can I make multiple purchases?

Yes, you can publish on multiple sites at once.

Where will my ads appear?

Your ad will only appear on the site that you choose or if you purchase a package, on site(s) that matches your keyword search criteria.

When will my ads be be published?

Your ad will first need to be approved within the time frame that the publishers has specified, and then immediately published.

Why did my ads get rejected?

When a publisher decides to reject your ads on their website, they will provide you with a reason. Sometimes it can be just fixing up the wording or graphic and you can resubmit the campaign again.

How do I know when a publisher is interested in my offer?

We will notify you by email when there is a publisher campaign waiting for your approval.

Can I reject a publisher from running my ads?

Yes, you can always reject a publisher you feel it not fit your offer. You would have to provide a publisher with a reason for the rejection.

How long do I have to approve the publisher campaign?

Upon creation of your offer you can specify a time frame.

Can I do a refund if my ads are not performing?

If you’ve booked specific dates for running your ads on a specific site and the publisher has approved your ads you are not able to refund the funds. But if you are running your ads through our packages then you may refund any unused amount if the performance is not satisfactory.

How do I monitor the traffic of my ad campaign?

Yes, you will have access to the reports of your ad campaign in your account area, once you are logged into your account interface.
