A value added service, HaabaCreatives is an independent team set to provide excellence in strategic media solutions, working directly with you to create impactful and strategic advertising solutions.
HaabaCreatives makes its services available to:
i. Clients without an advertising agency/design studio
ii. Clients who need changes/edits made on material already developed.
iii. Clients who require new material to be built and integrated into an ongoing campaign.
STEPS
- Make available for HaabaCreatives a creative brief.
- Within 24hours, we review the brief and a quote and timeline is provided by HaabaCreatives
- Upon approval of the quote/timeline by the advertiser, the HaabaCreatives produce a first draft of concept
- The first draft will be presented for a review and amendments, if any. HaabaCreatives will then be informed of any new amendments.
- All communications between the clients and creative unit will be through the Account Executive
- HaabaCreatives then produces a second draft, which is presented to you for a second review, if any.
- HaabaCreatives will hereafter produce final version, which we present to you.
- On being advised of approval, the material will be provided to traffic for placement.
Notes for Advertisers
- A production brief must be supplied with each order. The cost of production includes 2 opportunities to review and make changes to copy and minor corrections during production.
- After commencement of production, any major changes to the brief will incur additional charges beyond the original quote. An additional charge estimate will be provided for approval before modifications will take place.
- Rates are based on production of digital advertising versions of an existing advertising idea or a campaign with graphical elements provided by the advertiser and excludes original concept development. This will need to be quoted separately, if required.
- Artwork / graphics, such as logos and photography, need to be supplied by the advertiser. All intellectual property rights regarding the use of these materials must be obtained by the advertiser.
- The advertiser indemnifies HaabaMedia against any legal action regarding the use of a third party’s intellectual copyright.
- If, at any time, HaabaMedia is required to turn graphical elements into digital format, or produce original graphical elements, additional charges will apply unless already quoted for in the work.
- Standard turnaround time for production is 5 days from receiving the brief acceptance to first draft proposal. Rush jobs that require quicker turnaround will incur additional 70% loading.
